MLM Information Services Completes Acquisition of Deloitte
Tax LLP’s CORPTAX Business

Deerfield Ill., July 17, 2006 – MLM Information Services announced today the completion of the acquisition of Deloitte Tax LLP’s CORPTAX® Software and related services business.
On June 14, 2006, MLM  Information Services entered into a definitive agreement with Deloitte Tax LLP (Deloitte Tax) to acquire the CORPTAX Software and related services business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
